Terms of use for quote requests
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. A free service
Requesting quotes and talking to professionals is free for organisers and does not commit you to hiring anyone.
2. Role of the platform
We put organisers and professionals in touch. We are not a party to the contract you make with a professional: price, terms and the service itself are agreed directly between you. We check profiles before publishing them, but we do not guarantee the quality of the services.
When you hire a professional as a consumer, your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, apply to your contract with that professional. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
3. Your request
Your request only reaches the professional once you confirm it with the link we send you by email. That link gives access to the conversation: do not share it.
You agree to give accurate information and not to send false requests, advertising or offensive messages. We limit the number of requests per person per day.
4. Your data
The professional sees your first name, your company if you give it, the event details and your messages. Never your email address. Your phone number only if you both agree to move to WhatsApp. More information in the privacy policy.
5. Reviews
You can only leave a review with the personal link we send you. We check every review before publishing it and show where it comes from («verified», «declared» or «invited by the professional»). Please only review a professional you have actually dealt with, and say honestly what happened.
6. Reporting content
If a message or a profile seems unlawful or inappropriate to you, use the «Report» option or write to hello@relevento.com.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of UK consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
