Cookie policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
We use strictly necessary cookies, which the service needs to work, and, only if you accept them, Google Analytics cookies to measure the audience. We do not use advertising cookies. We follow the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
Cookies we use
Professional session (cookies «sb-…-auth-token», from Supabase): keep professionals and administrators signed in. Duration: the length of the session.
Access to your messages («mkt_inbox»): lets someone who requested a quote return to their conversation without an account. Duration: 7 days.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), on the request and review forms: needed for the security of the service.
Home page test («rlv_ab_home», our own cookie): records which version of the home page we showed you (A or B), so that you always see the same one. It contains only that letter. It is used to count, in aggregate and without identifying you, which version leads more professionals to sign up; it is not combined with any other data or shared with anyone. The test ended on 18 October 2026: we no longer set this cookie and any remaining ones expire on their own after 90 days.
Your choice about analytics cookies («rlv_consent», our own cookie): remembers whether you accepted or rejected them, so that we do not ask you on every page. Duration: 13 months; we then ask you again.
Planner (browser local storage, «relevento:planificador:v1»): keeps on your own device the professionals you decide to save. Nothing is sent to us until you request a quote. You can empty it with the «Clear» button.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.): cookies «_ga» and «_ga_…», which distinguish visits statistically so that we know which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. Duration: up to 2 years. Nothing from Google loads before you click «Accept»; if you click «Reject», none are set.
You can change your mind at any time with «Cookie settings», at the bottom of every page, or by deleting the cookies in your browser.
Videos and maps
YouTube and Vimeo videos only load when you click «Watch the video». Before that click, no request is sent to those services. We use their reduced-tracking versions (youtube-nocookie.com, Vimeo with «dnt»).
In the same way, the Google Maps map on a venue page only loads when you click «Show the map». Once it opens, Google may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Changes
If we ever add advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first, with a banner that lets you reject them as easily as accept them.
