Terms for professionals
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms govern how professionals use the platform. They set out clearly how profiles are ranked, how we give notice of changes and how you can complain about a decision that affects you.
1. Purpose
The platform publishes your profile and sends you quote requests from organisers. It is not a party to the contracts you make with them: you set your own prices and terms and you alone are responsible for your services.
2. Registration and verification
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information: your identity or company name, company number or tax reference, address, a WhatsApp number and, depending on your activity, the required documents (for example an Enhanced DBS check, or its equivalent in Scotland or Northern Ireland, for working with children; registration of your food business with your local council for catering; a CAA Operator ID for drone shows).
We check every profile before publishing it and may refuse it, giving the reason. A published profile must stay complete; a change that would make it incomplete will not be applied.
3. Free trial and price
The first 3 months from the publication of your profile are free, with no card required. During the trial you can read and reply to all your requests.
When the trial ends, conversations opened during it stay open. To reply to new requests you will need a subscription, whose price and terms will be given to you before the trial ends. You will never be charged without your express agreement.
We take no commission on the services you agree with organisers.
4. How profiles are ranked
The main parameters that determine the order of profiles are described on the page «How we order profiles». Profiles with a paid subscription or on a free trial appear before the others, and their order among themselves changes every day. Organisers are told about this priority above every list.
5. Your content
You confirm that you hold the rights to the text, photos and videos you publish and you allow us to display them on the platform while your profile is active. You must not publish contact details in your profile or in the chat to get around the platform, nor any misleading, unlawful or offensive content.
6. Organisers' data
You receive the organiser's first name, company (if given), event details and messages. You may only use them to reply to their request. The phone number is only shared if you both agree to continue on WhatsApp.
7. Reviews
Reviews can only be left through a personal link that we send, and each published review shows where it comes from («verified», «declared» or «invited by the professional»). You may reply publicly to a review but cannot change or remove it. You must not write, buy or solicit fake reviews, or offer anything in exchange for a positive review: UK consumer law prohibits fake reviews.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend a profile if these terms are breached, telling you the reasons when the measure takes effect. To end our relationship with you we will give you at least 30 days' notice, except in the case of a serious or repeated breach, a legal obligation or a risk to users.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us.
9. Changes to these terms
We will tell you about any change at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can close your account before it takes effect.
10. Complaints
You can complain about any decision that affects you (refusal, suspension, ranking and so on) by writing to hello@relevento.com. We will look into it and give you a reasoned reply.
11. Liability
We do not guarantee a number of requests or that organisers will hire you. We are not responsible for the services you provide or for payments between you and organisers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
